Insulation built for the Brisbane climate
Insulating a Brisbane home is a different job from insulating one in Melbourne or Hobart. Here the priority is heat gain. Dark roofs, west-facing rooms and low-set brick homes with little roof ventilation can turn into ovens on a February afternoon. Ceiling insulation, combined with good roof ventilation and reflective sarking where it exists, is the backbone of a cooler home.

A specialist inspects your roof space, subfloor and walls as needed, checks the condition and type of any existing insulation and recommends products and R-values to suit your home and budget.

Removal of old insulation
If the old insulation needs to go, we vacuum it out through the roof using our 25HP extraction system, straight into sealed hoppers. Your ceilings and rooms stay clean.

Installation
Our team installs Knauf Earthwool® batts, blow-in, cavity wall, underfloor or spray foam insulation as agreed, fitting it neatly around joists, downlights and services with the required clearances.

Quality check and warranty
We check the finished job for full coverage and correct clearances, show you the result and hand over warranty details, including the 50-year manufacturer warranty on Earthwool® batts.
